Coming to native come vs jersy cow USA don't have Indian cow so first of all they won't involve in such comparison, they will drink whatever available for them. Maybe for that climate they can sustain with A1 milk. For Indian climate (say all tropic region) only native cows can self sustain it will cost more to grow imported breed. BTW, why is it OK in the law to castrate bulls and not OK to do jallikattu? How is it ok to kill thousands of cows and there is no ban but when it comes to Jallikattu, there is immediate ban? Cant it be improved even if there are something wrong? is this country banning everything that is wrong?

A small correction to your information is that the PETA kills almost 90% of the animals in the custody. On an average, PETA kills 7 animals per day. There are more protesters against PETA in US also. The worst part they are also using the animals for some medical treatments and finally killing the same after experiment. The killing rate of animals in PETA is almost 85%.
