PaalaGuttaPalleFamily, a post a day. Narasimhan Sesh

PaalaGuttaPalleFamily, a post a day.    Narasimhan Sesh

These were the beginnings. Of the screen printing learnings.
That took the women on the path of rapid growth. And of orders from companies, from boutiques. Orders from conferences. Orders for weddings. For cloth bags with logos screen printed. Printings of the highest quality.
Behind this was a friend and co traveller Suraj Kumar. Who was a dearly loved friend to many of us. Who today has moved on. But stays alive in all those he touched. And all the acts he touched. All the ideas we started rolling. And that is the living that counts, the living that transcends death. But we miss him terribly.
He connected us to his father Narasimhan Sesh. Who took the women on the path that led them to many growths. By fixing the screen printing trainings with Bhaskar Sir. Training of the highest quality. At no cost.
Otherwise a days training was many thousands, and the women had no way of affording it.
That learning led to the team of four women becoming a team of nine, and who have maintained continous orders through the years. Sustaining their families well with their earnings And which enterprise will grow, god willing, and give strength and more women and families.
That long ago day ... as FB tells me.

Annapurna, Lakshmikantha and Anitha have made the tiring journey from the village to Chennai for the chance to learn screen printing. My friend Suraj Kumar worked this out through his father Narasimhan Sesh who connected us to his student Bhaskar. Bag making is now to them serious work, and they hope it will steady into regular income. Through the droughts.
