Bread labour where each person has to earn his living by
doing some physical work. Any other work he does is only for the good of
mankind. Books he
writes, music he creates, computer code he writes and everything else is contribution for the
collective pool. With bread labour the disparities are evened and a computer engineer amasses no
more than farmer.
All our greatest creations were made that way, before the supremely perverted ideas of patents came in. All of Ayurveda is in the ancient texts created for the good of all. Even the authorship is sometimes not claimed.
All this is possible only when one's bread does not depend on this, and hence Gandhiji's bread labour
