Someone talks of
removing corruption, someone talks of efficient systems,
someone talks of better schooling ... all the time subscribling to the same paradigm of modern development.
Only Gandhi, Kumarappa and others questioned the
fundamentals.
If a system is in its design flawed, and exploitative -
will making it efficient or corruption free help at all ? Will better delivery
of a wrong product help
The utter generosity of the poor humbles us. They give rice to every mendicant even when their rice is getting over. That is what they are defined by.
