Village vignettes - An open bathroom

The pleasure of bathing in a bathroom with spaces open to the outside.
Our first bathroom has just 4 stone walls with a gap for the door, and the sky for a roof. The sheer sense of space amd well being that bathing under the sky can give urban people can never know. The next bathroom had a roof of cocnut fronds out of deference to the rains.
Here it is a tin roof - the inexorable march of modernity.
